Director of High School Programs (Posted 1/13/2012)

The Director of High School Programs is a fulltime salaried position. This position is responsible for the overall planning, implementation and supervision of the PFL High School Program that currently serves students in the regions of Harrisburg, Lancaster, Philadelphia and Chester. He/she shall report to the Chief Academic Officer and work collaboratively with other PFL central staff and Board Members. To read the full job description, Click Here.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred. Background in Education, Sociology, Psychology or Human Services is required, with preference given to candidates that have prior experience working with inner city or economically disadvantaged High School Students. Candidate must also have 2-5 years experience as a supervisor and have experience with program development and implementation. Candidate must have a driver's license and access to a car as travel throughout four regions is required. Must also be able to work on Saturday mornings/afternoons, be able to devote time to contacting families in the evening and available to work a flexible schedule during the months of June through August. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate the internet is required.
